Having purchased a home before and dealing with all the complexities my experience with my realtor Diana Koistinen was night and day! Diana helped me sell my home and represented me buying a new build. I had sought the guidance of two other realtors before I contacted her. In the middle of the covid recovery and me dragging my feet, almost a year had passed, as I weighed all options. I became a burden; the other two agents bowed out. Diana never broke stride from the first phone call, through the journey, selling the old home to the handing of the keys to our new home. No stone was left unturned. Diana was so helpful, so informative, friendly, charming, and knowledgeable. I was annoying to her in my search, I must have been! Diana was never phased. Always prompt with an answer and a smile!
We spent the better part of the following year searching for location, floor plans, amenities and looking at model homes, new homes, and resale homes. Me being retired, financially ready, and not tied down to one area, I explored everywhere, even out of state. A thousand conversations were had, and a thousand lists with wishes were exhausted. Nothing was overlooked in our search. We ended up selling our house over a handsome amount more than the original agent thought I would get for it. Her guidance was consistent and firm but caring, I was more like family than a client. Her care and thoroughness was immeasurable. The world is out of midnight oil, she burned it all! My experience doing business with the other gents confirmed to me that Diana was the clear choice and when I thought it was over, the old home is sold, the contract is signed, I’ve moved in to the new build, the first mortgage payment is made and the last of the phone calls and texts are made, I would now be on a dingy navigating strange waters - NOPE, the USS DIANA KOISTINEN, remained underway, within sight and reach, and unmatched support after the sale. Buying a home (or selling) is a stressful process, however, when you use Diana Koistinen you've got nothing to worry about. The perfect real estate agent is honest while maintaining professionalism, listens to their clients needs/wants, and will go to bat for their client no matter what. Our home purchase was one hurdle after another but Diana was beyond phenomenal in keeping everything on track, picking up the slack from others, and making sure everything went through.
