I can't imagine finding a more professional and responsible real estate agent than Diane Buckingham. My husband and I rented a condo newly put on the market which wasn't totally ready. Each time we notified her of things we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. she made sure the items were delivered in a very timely manner. Diane is down to earth, charming, and a pleasure to know. Very upbeat and knowledgeable. She is truly a very classy woman.

Diane was the rental agent/property manager and rented two homes in Indian Wells to me 22/23 season. The first home owned by Kathleen Bruno who is also a licensed realtor and left Diane a Google review was filthy, disgusting and unsafe. The photos were years old and an inaccurate representation. (I have dozens of photos and documentation to prove these statements). We were carbon monoxide poisoned by the wilful neglect of maintenance of one furnace and the other furnace was broken. This property was marketed as a ‘luxury rental’. There was visible water damage, with black mold, paint falling off walls; far from luxury, there wasn’t even a full set of cutlery or dishes. Diane would not come to the property to meet trades. The second home is owned by Henry Fella who was a professional property manager. Henry did not abide by the State of CA law and would not return the deposit in the 21 days when repeatedly requested on writing and as stipulated by CA law, and would NOT provide any documentation or itemised statements after weeks of requests to substantiate the $551 in holdbacks as required by law. Do not rent from Diane; her clients are ‘above the law’.
