Dillon was that and more. He is personable, down to earth, responsive, kind, friendly, trustworthy and not pushy. I was at ease right away. I knew how I wanted to go about the sale and Dillon was there for all of it. Everything he said happened in the timeframe he gave me. Appointments with a few contractors were on time and very reasonable. He walked me through all phases of the contract and the buyer's offer as we moved on into the close of escrow.
