Amazing customer service!! Brandon ensured our ride and experience was perfect before, during, and after our reservation. He made sure we understood how to use the bikes and had everything we needed and were comfortable before we left. We did the 3 hour River to River package and it was beautiful. Since it was January and freezing, Brandon showed us how we could modify our path to avoid ice if we wanted to. We will definitely be returning during the warmer weather to do another ride and explore more of the area. Thank you Brandon for such a fun experience!!!

Visiting Port Angeles for part of our honeymoon and Discover E-bikes was a highlight of our trip!! Customer service was astounding. We went two days in a row. First did the 4 hours to the Lavender farm, and the next day did 3 hour River-to-river. The lavender farm was more scenic and adventurous, but also a little more crowded and a tiny bit tiring. River-to-River was mostly flat and leisurely. The bridge at the end is breathtaking.

This is a locally family owned and operated business. The owner ensured we were put on the right type of bikes for our needs. He gives everyone instructions and has a test area before he sets you loose on your own. We felt totally safe on his bikes and in the area we rode. Highly recommend!! You can rent these highly quality bikes for 1 to 4 hours, we had plenty of battery remaining even after our 4 hour ride.

A highlight of our trip! Make sure you spend time with Ginger at the lavender farm during your ride. Service was flexible and friendly. The ride is easy going and self paced.

On a family roadtrip with our teenage kids and we had a lot of fun!!! Biked along the ocean and through the woods, loved the views and the lavender farm at the end. Totaled over 20 miles over about 3 hours and didn’t even feel it!
Owner is friendly and accommodating.
Definitely recommend — great activity to do in port Angeles!

2024 update:
Came back this year with a friend and went on a beautiful ride into Sequim (lavender farm and cider). She was so excited about riding one of the e-assist bikes that she bought one. Brandon gave her a sweet end of season deal on a used bike that we took to the Spruce Railway trail.
Oh, and they have a storefront now.
Still highly recommended.

Great selection of bikes for all types of riders. Right on the Olympic Discovery Trail so you have easy access to a paved bike route. The owner guided us through town to the trail head for the Elwah River section (signage is weak in places 🤷‍♂️). Fair prices.

I had a perfect ride yesterday! The scenery on the water is quite lovely and I felt quite safe riding alone. Brandon was waiting for me at our appointment time and he gives you clear instructions on where to ride. Safety is number one with him- which I appreciate . He was super friendly and helpful . Don’t be afraid of an e-bike if you haven’t used one before - The equipment and all bikes are well maintained.

Fantastic first e-bike experience! Had a blast biking almost thirty miles. The ride up to the Elwha river was incredible but the ride to the hook was such an adventure also! Super grateful for excellent hosts who showed us what to do and where to go and helped us through some challenging construction areas. I loved the bike I was on and will definitely get one today…
