I have had several issues from me originally moving into this space. I moved in with no heat in January 2021, endured 2 snow storms, and worked with the company for 3 months before getting heat in my space. My air went out for 4 days last year in triple digits. Then, I went with no hot water for 3 days.
This year, 2023, I went a week with no air. I’ve had my car written on twice, I asked them to put cameras out front they said do it myself. Finally, I was chased by a man outside my building at night and I am scared to leave or come in late by myself. have never made a major fuss and waited patiently on their office to fix things that were very uncomfortable. Now when I’m asking to move early due to safety concerns and fear their office will not work with me as I have worked with them on all on all the above instances outside of my car being written on. DO NOT SAY IN THEIR PROPERTIES!

I want to rent an office at Arlington, TX. We saw dodson signs that says spaces available. I went to their website for more details as they advised. They have 900 sqt and 2100 sqt as advertised. We contact them by email (many times), calling (3 times), stopping at their office, but no respond at all. Emailed Jackson, no respond. Last time we went to their office, we met with Suzannah, she said to call Jackson, I told her that we tried everything with him, but he just never respond. She said “I will talk to him and will call me back next day” which it has been about a month and never called. They do not even respect their promises. My partners and I feel like they do not respond to is because of our race, otherwise why they never respond?!
