Reviewing for a friend:
DONT RENT FROM SHANA. All that my friend has experienced during her move out and tenancy has been shady, unprofessional, and rude. Complete lack of communication from Shana for move out details after having been given proper notice. Deposit receipt hasn’t been sent still (it’s been well over a month) and the deposit has not been returned. She has shown no effort of trying to go about her job in a professional manor. I would not trust this woman or her assistant with a rock, let alone thousands of dollars and properties. It’s fairly obvious she is predatory and trying to take advantage of people if she thinks she can.
