I have lived in a building managed by Domingo Properties for the last few years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Whenever I have issues, they go above and beyond to fix the problem, and usually leave me way better than I was before. When my fan in the bathroom stopped working, they had a property manager over within a few days and replaced it with a fan that was even more powerful than my last one. They also take great care of the building and it's always well-kept and clean. I look forward to continuing living here and appreciate how great they are!

I have been living in a building in 2119 Hearst Ave managed by Domingo Property Management for over a year now, and absolutely no complaints thus far. Whenever I have issues they respond extremely quickly and usually arrange to have someone over the next day. The building is maintained very nicely, cleaned often, and kept/safe quiet. I'm looking forward to continuing living here.

The management team is very flexible and responsive. During the pandemic, they were incredibly accommodating with rent, more than other landlords in Berkeley. Maintenance requests are always done promptly. Overall, very good place to go through for off campus housing as a student.

Unfortunately I had to relocate this April and will miss living in their building. Domingo always kept the building in top notch shape and any any issues I had were immediately and fully resolved. Currently living in a building managed by Domingo Properties in Berkeley and no complaints thus far. The move in process was very easy and they were very welcoming, and gave me an in depth tour of the whole building. It is overall a very safe and clean building - I’m happy to live here to have found an apartment I completely love.
