Save yourself the headache and do not rent at any of this companies properties. I have and have had so many issues with the management onsite, and after they were worthless, I contacted the owners Domino Realty, also worthless. if you need any maintenance done, you may as well get the City Code Enforcement dept involved because the property staff onsite make it a nightmare for maintenance. Not to mention per the city there has been alot of complaints about the building I am in regarding leaks. there are leaks everywhere, in the units, in the parking garage that is underground and the renters pay for the water, and they will not provide proof the apartment complex is eating the cost of the water due to all the leaks which is their negligence. Rent continues to increase, and nothing is improved. They nickel and dime you for everything, you must pay for your own lightbulbs, and I am not talking about just the regular light bulbs, I am talking about all lightbulbs inc specialty ones for the kitchen lights but then expect you to pay for the electricity usage when you have maintenance for leaks when they need you to run the machines to dry out the leak for days etc, but they say they may reimburse you some of your electricity but make it so difficult to do that, supposedly, you have to provide three months Edison statements and then they will determine if you get any kind of credit. I have had neighbors with sewage leaks and were required to stay in their unit while work was being done, which is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy. They do not care about the renters or tenants one bit, do not work with you, refuse to put anything in writing, and expect you to during your work hours to speak with him via phone because they refuse to communicate via email which is more convenient for most full time workers. They are terrible with communication but then accuse you of not communicating. Don't put plants on your patio, they will evict you, jacuzzi is always shut down and not working. The negative reviews on here are absolutely correct, do not rent from any place owned by this company. This is just a glimpse of the issues. Other tenants have come home to leaks in their units where the floor is flooded.

Terrible! I got broken into my apartment TWICE! I was inside one of the times and they won’t let me out of my lease because “there wasn’t an act of violence”. Pretty much telling me I have to get physically violated in order to get out. That’s not the only problem, when I tried to talk to someone that could possibly help me, all they’ve done is give me the run around and not take my calls. So I’m stuck in a place where I have to pay 4K to break lease plus rent and whatnot, or stay and continue to live in fear of someone coming in again. What do you want property management if they won’t help with the problem, just take the $.

Mind you, whoever this was HAD A KEY!!!

Live at a property the manage or own in Walnut Creek CA. They will no improve safety of their commmunity after safety issues have been brought to their attention. Manager ASHTYN is worthless and will not do anything to improve safety of community. She has said " we dont promote a safe community"

Renters beware. The management of their communities are unethical both from a business ethics and personal ethics perspective. The biggest concern is the lack of safety in their community and the management team's methodology to threaten legal action against their residents with unsupported demands. Avoid renting from their family of properties.
