Guys, NEVER RENT HERE!!!! I just moved on Sept 7th in an unsuitable premise. Nothing was done before a new tenant takes over the place. The guys from the office are very kind, but the office manager sucks and is very abusive. I was not able to move on the 1st with the excuse of the replacement of the carpet, needed repairs and paint walls. NOTHING WAS DONE!!!! I was charged the whole month rent, without subtracting the first week. I am forced to live here up to August 31st due to the lease. NEVER RENT IN THIS PLACE!!!! All the units from this place are rotten

They seem to price gouge apartments that are infested with bugs and run down completely that's bullshit honestly half the stuff in the apartments are either broken or unusable

Not a place you want to move into. There are roaches in the apartment and even though they spray for them the roaches still come back because the neighbors keep their trash outside their doors.
Neighbors that live next door and across from you are extremely loud even after you put in a noise complaint to the office.
They never come in to replace the air filter except for 1 time a year. And if you need anything done such as repairs you have to spend your own money on it. If the maintenance people do come to fix something they just look at it and say they will have to order the parts and then it never gets fixed.
The head maintaince guy is the only one who gets stuff done but he is one guy and can only do so much.
The rent is constantly going up every year and this place is not worth what you pay for it.

Manager of complex Savannah retaliates for placing maintenance requests. I placed a maintenance request to have my oven fixed, it did not work the entire year I lived there, and apparently she told the person who was supposed to come out and fix it to just mark it as complete and never tell me. This happened with every maintenance request I placed for at least the last half of the year I lived there. Would also get verbally aggressive in the office with me, if she decided I was even worth speaking to.

I have a service animal and when I would ask her to please let me know when she was coming to my apartment for pest etc., something she initially agreed verbally to whenever I signed my lease, she lashed out at me and ended up telling me to check the calendar on the app, but there was no calendar available.

Oven didn't retain heat to cook, dryer had to run four times for my clothes to be dry, the water has a very strong smell, apartment got the "landlord special" with everything just being painted over. Neighbors are allowed to leave trash outside of their apartments, something that stated in the lease they are not allowed to do, and it causes a fire hazard.

Its not a bad place to Iive at all! Management is pretty good if you're good to them. That goes with anything you get what you give! For being close quarters its usually pretty quiet during the week. Rent is good and cheap! Maintenance did a good job at helping me out with my stove and did it pretty quick. I see a lot of bug complaints but for me it's just been do a quick spray on the boarders and there are no bugs! Maybe the occasional spider.

These are by far the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. There is definitely a reason they are cheap. The first day I moved in a plumber used a credit card to help me get into the apartment because the key they gave me did not work, I changed the lock because the lock would not lock and even if it would I had no key. I couldn't get in touch with any management to help with my door. I had cockroaches the entire year I lived there and did everything I could to get rid of them, but if the people beside you aren't taking action and management isn't either, it will be a waste of money and time. My apartment was flooded by the washer, toilet, and dishwasher 3 separate times. All due to part malfunctions. There were stray cats around my door, nothing was fixed on the maintenance sheet I filled out. The air conditioning panel in the bathroom leaked and when they came to look at it, the maintenance man said it was just condensation, needless to say we poured almost 10-15 gallons of chemical water every week that leaked from the air condition panel before we moved out. There was black mold growing above the shower. My bedroom window was nailed shut when we moved in and was never fixed. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to ANYONE! I would rather live in a box on the street then live in this place!

They take your deposit money and tell you they’ll call you when one opens up. They called and I couldn’t answer, I returned the call on my break 30 minutes later and they said they gave the apartment to someone else. I tried to call the management company to get some help but they didn’t care. Told me that’s how it goes. Asked for a supervisor and was told they’d call in 24-48 hours but that didn’t happen either. I feel they stole my money and never intended to give me a place.
