We really enjoyed working with SKP and appreciated all the marketing methods and metrics that Doug uses. The video he personally created of our home was beautiful and really showcased it well. The process was smooth and pretty quick. He did such a great job at explaining the various offers to us and giving us suggestions but we still had absolute control in how we responded to the offers.
We worked with Doug on the sale of our home but we have worked with others members of his team for various reasons and each one we've worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I also love how involved SKP is with the community and providing scholarships or other charitable contributions.

After weeks of speaking with many Agent's to help list our home, Doug was who we ended up picking, He and his team were fast, skilled and so personal. They said they could get the best price for the home and they just did that. The home sold within a week of listing, not to mention it went well above the asking price. His fee's were excellent for the service provided. The photography of the home truly transformed and made the home pop. Overall the entire experience was stress free knowing that Doug was there getting things handled.
