Doug was the multifamily/rental broker I choose after months of research. Best decision I've ever made! His knowledge and experience sold my 4 Plex within weeks. As Doug walked me thru the selling process; the trust, honestly, confidence and kindness were inevitable! While Doug focused on negotiations, Carla was busy putting the sellers package together. She over saw all transactions with title, escrow and exchange service. All persons were copied and everyone on the same page. Carla even came for support when the notary came by with documents!
