Absolute joke of an organization that decides it would be best to waste everyone's time. Full of people who don't care and are mean spirited. They would rather have you suffer then to help you. People who are actually trying to move forward and improve their lives should avoid this organization. They will just waste your time as other apartments get taken so then you are left with no options once they deny you.

Property management has been out of office over 3 months. I have over q thousands dollars in Property damage from there tree. 4 broken windows hole in roof broken car window and chip in windshield..I was told April to get rid of my parts rig and they would take care of it. I had to go buy 3thousamd in parts here in is 6 months later and the tree still stand. I have sent th quotes and ask when I can expect tree to come down and all I get is I am out of office. However I did get an eviction notice for back rent note not even a hundred dollars.

I love the management. The non-smoking policy is not followed, and it’s really hard to breathe in the winter time. I totally understand that It’s really hard to quit. It’s also kind of hard to come back from a heart attack or lung cancer.

I hope that doesn’t happen to me or anyone else in the building as a result of near asphyxiation from cigarette smoke.

I do adore Downstreet. I also love, and I’m grateful for my neighbors and my apartment. The cigarettes, and the companies that addict people to dangerous substances? Not so much.

Only get a star cause i have to. But they are some of the rudest people ever that work there. They should probably worry about all the drug active in there building instead of a parking stop NO ONE ever uses.
