If I could give -5 stars, I would my grandmother has been living in this home for 40+ years and Dario has never came to fix anything she’s asked him to fix. He took a fence down and left all the wood in my grandmother‘s front and backyard she has a mice problem, ant problem, mold on the ceiling in her restroom and a stove that does not work. Hasn’t been working for months. He has done nothing about any of this. My grandmother has called her own pest control. They’ve done what they can, but the pests continue to return. He likes to raise rent whenever he wants. If you call him and ask him to repair something, he will never come. I’ve seen that pig only once throughout the time that my grandmother has been living there.

If only there could be zero stars for Slum lords like Dario Panini who owns a major (for Three Rivers, population around 2000) section of stores in our tiny town…and doesn’t do repairs or investments in this property! Just collects the $$$🤑

Our town pharmacy closed because the pharmacist retired and couldn’t find a pharmacist to take over…I hear because the facility wasn’t up to snuff! Today I saw a Facebook post that the roof is leaking! Scumbag Slumlord doesn’t care. But in a small town like Three Rivers, their greed can kill businesses - which for a small town losing its pharmacy, can be deadly!

Management is impossible to get a hold of. Takes forever for them to fix any problem (plumbing, electrical, broken washers/dryers). Apartments are in terrible shape (stained carpets, broken windows that can’t be opened or can’t be shut, broken drawers). The physical appearance of their complexes is dirty and overall unappealing.

I've rented from Dario a couple times in the past ten years. People complain a lot on here, but really often it's the tenants who don't take care of their space. Dario shouldn't have to be a babysitter. If you dont make 12K a month to qualify for a Santa Barbara realtor, be grateful for Dario.

World class slum lord. Took 1500 in deposit deductions for "wear and tear" along with cleaning...we moved into a house that was not in any condition to be rented and I'd be surprised if they even have a cleaning service.

This company is owned by a slum lord. He’s a shady character, he’s been sued multiple times. Stay clear from these places unless you’re really desperate.

Never had a single problem at any one of his properties I’ve rented
