Let me start out by saying, if you are researching to find the perfect agent to either list your home for sale or to assist you in your quest to find the perfect home to purchase, your search has come to an end. You have found it!! I have had the opportunity to experience the professionalism and service that David brings to the table in both a purchase transaction and listing transaction. My wife and I first met David at an open house for a Lakefront home in Canyon Lake. Even though that open house did not turn out to be our dream home, after a very brief discussion with David he told us he had the perfect lakefront home for us and could show us the home that same day. It turned out that it was indeed our dream home. We were hesitant to make an offer on the home even though we loved it as we had to sell our existing home. After reviewing some photos and getting the details of our existing home, he assured us he could sell it quickly and make it happen. Within 2 days, David set an open house date, had professional photos and video taken of our existing home, and made an extremely detailed, high end sales brochure. The open house was extremely successful having approximately 80 viewings resulting in 7 offers with a potential 8th offer pending. In the Spring of 2022, Mr. David Prewitt sold my (deceased) parents' home.
