Please think twice when considering hiring Melissa or any of her cronies. They have the utmost appearance of "Professional" till you see the lack of knowledge and underhanded "tricks" they pull selling a house or property. They only get used up left over agents that no one would hire and I surely can say I am sorry that I ever rang there phone. If you need an agent call anywhere else. Floyd Real Estate Saved my day and likely my loan for my house. I can't imagine how many people these fold scam a year.
