Working with Alex to sell our home was a great experience. She was hands on as we prepared our home to sell. She was attentive in answering texts or phone calls any time we had a question, as well as coming by the house as needed. She negotiated a great price with the buyers and also negotiated with the buyers and realtor to allow us to close on the house, but lease it back until our future house is completed. I highly recommend using Alex as your realtor.

Dream Properties were amazing to work with! They made selling our home the most seamless process and sold it so fast! Alex did everything we wanted before we even had to ask, she was always one step ahead of us. She gave great advice throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to our every text and call. They had awesome pictures taken which resulted in a huge turn out to our open house and we were under contract in just a little over one week after being listed. We Love Dream Properties!. We were very unhappy with our previous management company. Alex and I were talking one day and she mentioned that they manages properties. I spoke with Austin and explained that we needed to do some repairs and get the house rented ASAP. Austin facilitated the repairs and located a renter For as soon as the property repairs were complete. Austin goes by the property on a regular basis to check the yard etc. he also does an inside Maintenance check every three months. We could not be happier with Austin. Dream Properties honesty and integrity has been Superb. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for property management or any real estate transaction.
