First month here and moved into a current german roach infestation that I was not told about.

They are currently working on pest control for this issue. I will update if they are successful. However in it's current state it's very unhygienic and unfair to move into a dwelling like this with piles roach feces and seeing 10 new roaches crawling around each day I have to kill, not to mention vacuuming up 50 dead ones each week.

Maybe put some restrictions on what type of dogs can stay,
like no aggressive pets especially that dude with the Pitbull trying to charge everybody, I can see him barely holding that dog with a lease. Saw the damn dog try to rush an old lady and bunch of other dudes and also get some cameras too many car break ins.
