I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Drysdale. All issues with the property have been handled fine. I have called every day for 9 days to schedule my move out appointment and nobody is getting back to me.

They provided a number to call to schedule said appointment 2 weeks in advance of my move out date, and I get no response or call back from each of the 5 extensions listed.

I have also followed up in our email chain, still no response. I’m calling these people BEGGING them to call me back so I can get moved out and get my security deposit back.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS company to deal with, they don’t seem to care about their tenants. I would not rent from this company, your time is not valuable to them and will be wasted.

This is really sad I paid my rent on time every month they dropped our owner no letters to uses paid them this month like I normally do call me saying don't pay them when housing told me too I'm not going to be homeless on they bull crap no one never fixing stuff blaming each other this is not right at all sad sad straight evil well I told them put my money back into my account since yall done mike told me save all my money cause the owner ain't right we over here at 5801 wallace ave lost everyone who had jobs they moved to different locations that they have section 8 people the left hanging the devil is a lie and they know I'm stage 4 cancer more stress but it's okay God got us

I currently rent through Drysdale and they have been extremely easy to work with. Kathy Wright is always very quick to respond to all our inquiries whether they are about maintenance, lease extensions, and just any general questions we have had. She has been incredibly helpful and we couldn't be happier with Drysdale Property Management!

I rented from drysdale for about a year and a half. Kathy and Ana were always so sweet and always dealt with any concerns I had in a good timely manner. They are a great property management company but also good people. Very kind and professional. They speak to you with great respect but are very down to earth they don’t just treat you as a renter they treat you as a person “very rare now a days” loved them and would be happy to rent from them again!!

I paid $1200 deposit 8 years ago and moved into a condo that had very poor carpet that had to be cleaned 3x and still very stained, stove and oven not clean and I never used it, never painted, blinds filthy and shower stall stained.

They still have not paid any money and by law they are supposed to pay by 3 weeks 7/24.

They are trying to charge carpet cleaning and can’t after 5 years. Dark spot in bedroom were under my bed and have no idea where it came from. They are charging me for air filter and was never told it needed to be replaced.

Per the realtor, I was supposed to make sure drawers were cleaned out and was not responsible for carpet cleaning. Per my walk through I stated all these problems.

They need to check their records! $1200-104.5 3 days rent is what I should be refunded! By law

We provide landscape and fence work for Drysdale. They always put their customers first and make sure their properties are given the most attention for their customers. Drysdale has always been quick to respond for maintenance calls and their customers are always telling us how great of a job they do. We are very thankful to be a vendor for Drysdale.

The recent post naming all the team and how great they are is laughable. It was obviously written by someone with in the company trying to boost ratings. My advice is do not rent from them. They do not reply to calls or emails. Scroll down for more tenants who have complained about this same issue. I was a tenant for 4 and a half years. Never gave problems and never late on my rent. Moving out was a mess. I moved because I bought a home and almost 2 months later and I’m still trying to get back my deposit. Charging me for petty things and things that were there when I moved in. They are rude, and very unprofessional. They do not know how to communicate appropriately. If you decide to rent from them take pictures of every wall, door top to bottom. Light fixture etc. Every square foot of that house before you move in and when you move out, because they will do anything in their power to keep your deposit. I hope this helps someone.
