Management? The tenant's 30 year old son was never vetted or added to the lease, or charged rent not to mention the total risk he posed to our insurance coverage!! Kitchen fixtures were ruined and hanging, back patio was burned and rust stained, carpets were barely hanging on, no idea what was going on in the attic! Zero visits or cares given. The rent was not raised for ten years with this tenant and, when received, was constantly deducted for alleged "plumbing" or "landscaping" issues by vendors they insisted on using.
🚩They would not call our suggested repair maintenance crews! Elderly Landlord. Beware!

We are renting a property that they managed and had only been dealt with professionaly and with great customer service. They've been very responsive if there are things that needs to be done at the property and staff are very friendly.

I rented a house from Duggan Property Management for almost two years and had a wonderful experience with the house and their staff. Any issues were easily resolved and they responded quickly to an emergency on the weekend to resolve it as soon as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice home in the Valley.
