Rupinder and Priya were the listing agents when we bought our home. Before closing, they assured us, as the buyers, that the seller would remove the old mattress, bed frame from the garage, and a storage shed from the backyard.When we got the keys on August 8th, everything was cleared as promised, and we appreciated that.

However, on September 1st, we noticed that the backyard gate wouldn’t close. Upon checking, we discovered that the dismantled storage shed had been left outside the fence, causing it to lean, with some items scattered around. We were shocked and immediately contacted Priya. At first, she admitted that the handyman she hired caused the issue, but then she became unresponsive. A week later, Rupinder denied they had anything to do with it and claimed the debris wasn’t from the shed.

We ended up handling the cleanup and fence repair ourselves, but we were deeply disappointed with how Rupinder and Priya managed the situation and their attitude throughout the process.
