The team at Dulles Properties has been amazing so far! They worked hard to sort through many applicants to get qualified tenants to rent my condo - credit checks, background checks and I don't even know what else. (I'd hate to have been through it alone). They are true professionals at the rental and real estate business. They have many DECADES of experience. They were recommended to me by a co-worker who was also renting a place. I highly recommend Linda, Tabitha and the team at Dulles Properties! Thanks for all you do!!

I used Dulles Properties as my property manager for years. Initially they were fine but at some point in time, they changed property managers and she was awful. I would literally have to chase her down to talk to her - she kept 1/2 day hours - there were a couple of months I had to go hunting for my rent deposit - I had to remind HER that the lease renewal was due - at least a couple of times I never received a monthly statement... on and on.

I complained on more than one occasion to the owner who would consistently reassure me that she was aware of the problems and that "changes were coming" - "just hold on for another month" - she SWORE things would get better.

They did not.

I finally had had enough and changed property management companies. When I went for my last appointment with them to retrieve my money and paperwork, the property manager HAD NOT CHANGED! Nothing had changed - it was as if my complaints fell upon deaf ears.

To top it all off, I was completely appalled at their "check out" process - or lack thereof. The final balance due to me was wrong, papers were missing, no keys... it was HORRIFYING. The property manager had to make repeated trips back to her desk to get whatever it was I was asking for. At one point she could tell I was losing my patience and she defensively grumbled "I was running late today" as she walked off - to which I loudly responded "you've had 30 days to prepare!"

I had also driven by my property earlier that same day and saw shingles missing off the roof! I asked the Dulles Properties property manager when was the last time she had inspected my property - she said probably about 3 months ago. I said "well it's missing shingles!" This didn't phase her.

Come to find out I shouldn't have been surprised by her lack of concern for the maintenance of my property. My tenants told my new property management that they didn't like Dulles Properties either. The tenants would report things that needed repair and nothing would ever happen. My tenants are leaving in a couple of months and I'll never know if their experience with Dulles Properties prompted their move or not.

If you are thinking about using Dulles Properties to manage and maintain your expensive investment - you better think twice!

These people are amazing! I have had all of my repairs done very quickly and everyone is extremely nice and wonderful. The negative reviews you see are very old, dont be discouraged! They rock!
