Dustin sold two Bremerton homes for me, and I could not have been more pleased with his service. Dustin was always available to talk things through, he was calm and respectful, and he did what he said he would do - which is critical. He managed everything that needed to be done while I was living and working at a distance - everything from cleaning, staging, repairing, and even managing the delayed exit of my tenant from the property. He understood the marketplace very well, he was a good advisor when discussing options and possibilities, and he managed the negotiations with the ultimate buyer in a timely and graceful fashion. Dustin helped us find the perfect home. He and his wife, Sarah, went above and beyond to guide us in our home search as we were relocating from a different state due to a work-related move. There were times when we couldn’t be in the area after Dustin found a property that fit our “needs and wants” profile that we discussed at our initial meeting. So, he (and Sarah) would make a video while touring the property and point out various features. If we had questions, he was quick to answer them and, many times, would even go back to the property to evaluate and clarify. His dedication and patience and significant knowledge of the area were so appreciated by us because it gave us confidence to make informed decisions and even bid on properties while we were still living out of state.
