Dwell made and sold plans that were incomplete, deceptive, and did not account for neighbor ADA needs nor a legal easement between them. Multiple rules are being broken including blocking access to our off street parking and tearing down the old foundation despite getting a permit that claimed to keep the old one. They are to build 3 new homes on a lot that barely fit 1 home. Do not recommend and disappointed these builders are in the Wallingford neighborhood.
