This property management company is undoubtedly one of the worst experiences you can have as a tenant, and perhaps even as a homeowner. Firstly, they impose an unreasonable time frame of less than 24 hours to submit the deposit, which we reluctantly complied with. Then, they make you wait the full 21 days to return your security deposit.

Throughout our year-long tenancy, we encountered issues in the apartment on 8 out of 12 months rent, and their solutions were consistently inadequate. Ultimately, we decided to terminate the lease due to ongoing problems (infestation). Upon surrendering, we requested an inspection while present, received confirmation of the cleanliness and condition, and ensured proper delivery.

However, without any prior notification, they arbitrarily inflated utility bills and instituted maintenance fees without justification. Dealing with this property management company is a nightmare, and I fully intend to report our grievances, along with supporting evidence, to the relevant authorities in the state of California for further investigation into the habitability conditions of the apartment.

From observation I notice the owner wasnt treating his tenants fairly or in a greeting way. It also seem to be a little disrespect in the tone of his voice so I will not be coming here again to look for a place
