BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!
This property is pathetic and sorry. I would never recommend this place to anyone. These people are money hungry and charge for everything. They charge for every paper they stick to your door. When you move out forget about a deposit you can leave the place in tip top shape and they will still say you owe thousands in damages. Below are pictures of how the place was left and they still claimed I owed over $1500 in damages. That is not a stain on the rug that is just the shadow from the window NEVER RENT HERE !!!!!

Eagle pointe is a nice place to live. The rooms are very spacious, I love the walk-in closet. I never had a bug problem only ants in the summer But I lived in the basement apartment so that’s typical to happen. The staff was always nice and on top of their job. The people above me unfortunately they don’t care about the people living underneath.I never had any problems. There is a high school and a park across the street. I would recommend you to live there.A great area to raise your kids as well

I'm not sure what to do. I have gone to the office about the noise from my neighbor it is nonstop jumping, running, and yelling even tried to speak to the neighbor, and was not so pleasant. I get the noise ordinance is until 10pm, but let's be serious who can be so inconsiderate that they would make noise till 10pm if it was just minor noises okay, but this sounds like they are going to fall through the damn ceiling 24/7

If I could give negative starts I would. My building has had a mice and roach infestation since before we moved into our apartment. Since then, we have lost almost two grand in food, spent about 600 on mice traps and roach killer( that isn’t even putting a dent in the problem), and was told by pest control ( whom I’ve only seen once maybe twice) that the building manager won’t let them treat the problems how they need to be treated so the problem is going to keep happening. We’ve called multiple times about the fact both our upstairs and downstairs neighbors like to blast music and stuff at 11 at night, or how we can hear them banging on stuff multiple times a week, and the building manager hasn’t done anything (even after we have had to call the cops), the residents here (not all but some) don’t respect the fact that they live in a shared building, and keep the locked doors propped open. This place isn’t worth the money, the office ladies are lazy, and some of the most rude and dishonest people I’ve met.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE HERE:

I very rarely leave reviews unless my experiences are excellent or extremely horrible. I am leaving this review in hopes that we can save someone from enduring what we have during our time here. We lived at Eagle Pointe Apartments for 1 year and we couldn’t get out fast enough. I wish I would’ve taken the existing reviews seriously because maybe I wouldn’t have ever been in this situation.

First of all, the walls are paper thin. If you are in a middle or bottom unit you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on above and below you. We could even hear our neighbors talking to their sweet baby, that is how loud the units are. Not to mention, if you get stuck in a unit near the main road—the traffic is NON-STOP and people like to run the stop signs so there’s a lot of honking, a lot of revving of engines, and many loud motorcycles. You can forget about making a complaint because the management office does nothing to hold anyone accountable.

The amount of times that the cops were on the property for disturbances was more than I can count on two hands. The two most memorable were when a drunk man was driving his car near the main entrance and he drove into and damaged 3 cars that were parked on the street at once. And the most recent being when someone who appeared to be on drugs was running around the property yelling obscene things and had to be tackled by 4 police officers and taken away in an ambulance.

In general, the noise of the A/C unit alone is overwhelming. If you want to watch TV while that thing is on, you can forget it. You also only get 1 designated parking spot in the lot behind the building. That was a major inconvenience, if you are paying for a 2-bedroom, you should be allotted 2 parking spots in my personal opinion.

BUGS. SPIDERS, YELLOW JACKETS, AND LARGE BLACK ANTS. We are not dirty people by any means and have encountered our fair share of bugs in this apartment complex (probably due to the age of the complex) but it is still absolutely unacceptable. We still are unsure how they got into our unit. Some would crawl out of the steam heat units—maybe they live in there?

Just recently, there was a company working right outside of our window with loud equipment until 3am!!! This is unacceptable.

The ONLY pleasant part of living in this apartment was how safe we felt here and how prompt Linda (the manager) was. She was very apologetic when we brought these things to her attention. However, she never held anyone accountable for noise or followed up to see how we were doing. If I could go back in time after knowing all of this, I would not sign a lease here again.

I have pictures and videos of most of the noise complaints/police outside of our window if anyone would like proof of these living conditions.

The manager Samantha was knowledgeable and kind in assisting with setting us up with an apartment that meets our needs as well as in the time frame required. Trying to find an apartment living 4 hours away in another state was a frustrating experience as many managers would state, "no availability" and hang up. Samantha was very professional and took the time to work with us to successfully secure an apartment. We are looking forward to moving our son to the community!

I ended up not living here (due to changing location preferences for my son) but the experience I had with Sam Pashenee (property manager) was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time since I've been searching for a place for the past couple months. I actually feel bad I didn't pick this place. Particularly during the application process, I've found that property managers typically don't have time and patience to listen to your circumstances, requests, and put up with a worried parent. She was very attentive and was actually able to reserve one of the apartments for us (after prequalification) so we could have a place sooner than the apartment and date I originally called about. She answered by calls and emails and questions through the whole process...I don't know but that speaks a lot about a place. No matter where you go, it won't be perfect but it sure gives you a peace of mind when you know there is staff around that do actually care...

I have been living here for the past five years from the first day of moving. I’ve noticed I had a mice. Infestation didn’t think it was any much of a problem, knowing that a lot of places have them but these are like no other mose you’ve ever seen. They are not shy they come out while you’re walking run all over your feet create constant holes that they keep sealing up no matter what they remake the hole after two years and a half and started getting Cockroaches never had cockroaches a day in my life and none of my apartments which was a big issue for me that kept sending extermination and finally the temptation went down, but I still see some every so often Appliance and wear and tear will start to peel off the walls. You’ll start seeing the holes that were there are from previous residence the closet doors keep coming off the hinges the pipes keep busting in the walls clogging the event in the bathroom barely works my fridge just broken and they keep coming to fix it, but still makes the same noise the doorbell that supposed to work hasn’t worked in five years I haven’t used my heater at all the five years. I’ve been here the night that I really wanted to use it, but when you wanted to, you can cause it smells like straight mouse piss I’ve never had any issues with any of my apartments until I moved in to this apartment, so if you wanna chance it by all means go right ahead just know that they do charge you on arm in a leg when you move out regardless to the deposit that you have with them good luck and I hope you guys all read these reviews before you move in
