LaVern, is not your guy if your going thru an eviction . Tip #1. Don’t ask questions if you do you will be lectured on his 30 years of experience or he’ll hang up on you . And then your so far into the eviction and your scared but again ask more questions he will threaten to quit ,
That’s when I took matters into my own hands , with the help of someone else he finished the eviction . Good luck !

Even though we live in Malaysia we have used Eagle Real Estate for the past 12 years. They manage four homes for us. We have found them to be a company of complete integrity. I have not had one instance where I have felt cheated or where they acted in any way deceitfully with us. Horrible service they don't fix anything!!! 3 of the worst years of renting history.. They've had 10 different handymen an non of them know what they were doing out of three years they changed 2 toilet seats... Beware an stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!
