Since the very first day, Megan has been incredibly generous with her time, advice, and support. Every time I visit to check on the apartments, she goes out of her way to assist me, and I truly appreciate her dedication. Her follow-ups and thoughtful gestures have made me feel right at home.
I genuinely enjoy living here—the calm and beautiful surroundings as well as closeness to my favorite grocery, Trader Joe's make it a wonderful place to live.

I have lived here since 2020 and I can safely say that this New Administration is of no use. I have been without a washing machine for several months and after a long time they brought me a used washing machine that is worse than the previous one. The office's priority is to have the pile of unoccupied apartments ready while I do not have a washing machine! Summary: The new administration is NOT competent and is disrespectful.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Megan Ledesma, the Leasing Professional! She is prompt, personable, reliable, and she went above and beyond to make sure my parents get their desired unit.
Megan was responsive, professional, friendly and easy-going, along with being very knowledgeable.
She walked us through everything we needed to know about leasing at West Springfield apartments and was always available to answer questions we had. She was very quick to respond to our emails and speak on the phone. She went the extra mile to find that perfect unit for my older parents which was especially helpful because english is not their native language.
She was extremely helpful and always gave us the reassurance that we needed. It was her initial drive, desire to help, and grateful courtesy that sparked our interest at West Springfield Apartments.

I asked my parents to describe Megan for her work. They said Megan provides excellent service, always prioritizing tenants and she’s truly very sweet, humble, understanding and professional.

Megan was especially very accommodating in helping us move in quickly, with timely and detailed correspondence, and when we experienced a maintenance issue, facilitated the repair immediately without any inconvenience to myself or my family.

I am living in the Eagle Rocks Apartments at West Springfield for 2 months now and I am impressed by the outstanding service rendered by the leasing office friendly and professional team from the moment I reached out looking for an apartment to rent, making my decision to move in and settling in smoothly.
Da’Mia Barnes, the community Manager was the first person of contact who facilitated a tour of the community and sample apartment, which helped me to make the decision. Mia also was kind enough to spend her time beyond regular hours in finalizing applications for my dependents. Furthermore, during a situation I encountered with power interruption in my unit, due to miscommunication with Dominon energy, where the power company became reluctant citing their protocol to delay restoring the power for two days, Mia went out of her way to resolve the situation by making several communication with the power company and her crew & successfully able to restore the power back in just few hours. I truly appreciate her efforts and genuine dedication to resolve the situation.
I also like to extend my appreciation to Meghan Ledesma, the courteous and professional leasing expert, who tirelessly providing all the support I needed in the touring of the units and the application & moving-in processes.
Samadrita Auddy, the assistant leasing manager also was courteous and instrumental in setting up my resident account.

The leasing team truly works towards residents satisfaction and deserves an applause. This is how service should always be.

This place was great under the previous management, but the new management has completely ruined it. The experience has taken a huge downgrade, primarily due to the so-called “manager” Samadrita Auddy. She is extremely rude, lacks basic communication skills, and has no idea how to assist residents.

The only thing she seems to excel at is yelling at and disrespecting residents. It is unbelievable that someone so unprofessional has been entrusted with managing this property.

The previous manager "Sharan" was approachable, professional, and genuinely cared about the residents. The difference is night and day, and this change has been a massive downgrade. Management needs to fix this mess before things get worse.

Since moving here in August 2024 I have had non-stop issues with improper billing. The online portal is always incorrect and is stating even now that I have a $750 security deposit due that was paid the day I moved in. Management is extremely hard to reach and refuses to assist with the matter. I am willing to update the review if the situation resolves, but this has been ongoing for months. If you value your money, I highly recommend you move elsewhere.

Maybe I can change this rating at one point, if things here improve, it’s 1 star review out of many and it hasn’t even been a year since the new company took over. Again, don’t take my word for it, read overall reviews. Last company had average of 4.4 out of 5 in 12 years, the new one is already on the way to lowering it by half a point and it hasn’t been a year. For them it’s always the resident’s fault. If it was only me then someone could argue I was the problem.
