Kim Earnhart is SUPERB in every way! She is positive, energetic, diligent & just so easy to work with. I had a home that was a total mess due to bad tenants but Kim could see beyond the mess and I was so grateful for that! We hired a lot of hands to get it cleaned up to the way it looked before we rented it and Kim was able to sell it in less than a month! She is knowledgeable & ready to work to get your house sold and does it with an amazing positive attitude, I highly recommend her she will not disappoint you and will exceed your expectations I guarantee it! I highly recommend using Kim Earnhart for all of your Real Estate needs. Kim came highly recommended and I can't say enough about working with her to find our home in AZ. I must say, we were not the easiest clients to work with: we were not on a specific timeline, we were out of state, and we were extremely specific about what we were looking for. From Day 1, Kim was highly responsive, communicative, and motivated to find us exactly what we were looking for. Since we were out of state, we needed an agent who was very flexible and familiar with communicating/touring via remote modalities as well as in person. Kim is a multitasker extraordinaire! She was always available for questions at any time of the day, and was able to be flexible with scheduling to accommodate our needs. She is highly professional and highly knowledgeable of all areas of real estate. Kim is a wonderful agent, and also a wonderful person.
