The home is beautiful and this group makes it easy to stay- always quick to answer the few work orders we have needed to stay in, very good communication with management, and always present with professionalism and kindness. I am a hugggge customer service nut so I feel it’s only right to add praise to any deserving business ( I may or may not be a serial reviewer 🥴🤣) However, I have to give a huge shoutout to the ladies at East Coast Real Estate Group. Regina has been an absolute angel answering any questions, making sure I am aware of all the amenities this group offers. I really feel like if there is ever a maintenance issue that I won’t feel unheard. This is the type of service one could only dream of during one of the most stressful times for any family.
