have had only 1 experience with a property manager, and I couldn't be more disturbed after having hired East West to manage my property rental. I was presented with receipts from East West, that was hand written on a restaurant check. On more than 1 occasion, I questioned the amount charged to me, and was told it was their mistake!!! I had East West bring a house cleaner and was informed by my neighbor that following the cleaning the garage door was left open and 2 expensive bicycles that were in the garage went missing.. We are now out hundreds of dollars for our missing bikes. Also, their business email was hacked, costing me thousands $$$ after sendung refund USPS money orders to the wrong person and fake address used by the hackers. I was not offered any help and had to eat the cost. There is much more, but I think my point is clear already
I then, against my better judgement and gut, trusted in the owner of East West Properties to list and sell my home. That did not last long, I find out from other realtors that one of my outside doors was unlocked for probably days and he left the combination for my entry door on the kitchen counter top for all to see. I would never exaggerate to ruin a person's professional reputation but, I wish I would've seen a review, like my experience, before hiring this company. As far as the office staff, Maddison is very professional, helpful and responsive.

East west properties are very professional caring and respected in my book I rented from them for almost 2 years any problems I had they were right there to make sure it was fixed I definitely will recommend them as a property management the best management I ever dealt with and if I’m the future I need another apartment/property I will be looking/go through them forsure
