- communication was great with the owner Christian. He was willing to take up the property management task (Woodbine and Magnolia) despite knowing that we were in the midst of selling away. Did a great job during the transition period.

- user friendly accounting system to view the incoming and outgoing of funds, with tenants contacts as well.

- responded fast when they knew about the water heater issue in one of my property. Got it fixed the same day.

Christian and his team are honest and transparent. I recently bought 18 units that he has helped stabilize. His management and maintenance team have completed all tasks in a timely manner and acceptable prices.
