We’ve lived in a unit owned by Eastshore for a little over 2 years now. All has been well until I came home from Thanksgiving this year. Our neighbors sewage (shared bathroom plumbing) overflowed into our unit while we were out of town, and I came home to my neighbors sewage on my floor. Come to find out it came through the wall, through our closet, into our second bedroom. There was mold found, and the property managers have been dragging their feet to fix it and provide a healthy, safe environment for us to live. It’s now almost been 1 month since we came home to sewage in our home, and the process still isn’t complete. Our house looks like a construction zone, and they refuse to provide sufficient housing for us to stay. It’s been a nightmare! Not to mention this is all happening during and through the holiday season. Frustrating and unprofessional enough to only give 1 star.
