They baited me for almost a year with the promise of a brand new affordable property in Mountain View, but the property still isn't complete almost a year after applying, and their communication skills are terrible. They're not as bad as Alta Housing, but they could do a lot better in terms of communication. I swear it's like these BMR companies don't care about their applicants!

Ever since they took over our property they've failed to set up proper ways to pay us until the last month, and now we're being hit with duplicate monthly bills for utilities, and they've threatened us with "violation of our lease" twice by presenting us with additional bills with no explaination on what the charges are for. When we asked we were told that they wouldn't have access to the system sending these charges for two months. In the past month they've tried to double bill me over $150 for monthly utilities and hit me with $240 in unexplained fees. This is completely unacceptable. Beware any property run by this company, they have no idea what they're doing.

I read some of the reviews, and I disagree with some of the comments with upper managements due to my experience. They are always there to listen to you and will act accordingly.
However there is a problem with one particular department. (HR)
1. hiring office manager, without any knowledge or proper educations or experience.
2. No background check to see if the person is qualified for the position or trustworthy.
Eden Housing has helped many people, and have provided housing for them.
I am a happy tenant of many years.

My grandmother has been waiting for months it's one excuse after another. She is on the verge of being homeless they have kept all her personal information and not once called her back to assist her with housing. We have been nothing but nice to the staff. They told us we have to wait 3 days this was two months ago now.

They don't answer the phone and they do not do what they say they will do when you go up there and ask for help. The CEO or Executive Director should take these reviews seriously it's the truth. How are you going to have an agency that is "for" the people if you are not for the people, the staff there is "for" themselves to get a paycheck wear some payless shoes ross clothing maybe one expensive purse make a little bit above minimum wage (I know because their salaries are on the career page) get behind an office desk ego goes way up to the point they can treat clients beneath them ridiculous such entitled kind of attitude, delusional too if you ask me because if you're not rich you're poor.

Need maintence and janitorial maintenance schedules for each area...such as floors garbage rooms windows in room fire alarms landscapes.I feel like staff just gives up and quits .I love where I live and I enjoy most of the tenents.There are clients who need social workers and case management but are without these services.Some do not have the mental faculties to follow through to find services.Due to the previous condition they tend to suffer needlessly.I feel Eden housing is a fabulous company but like many others tbere is always room for improvement.I wish them all the best.I am very grateful to live here.Eden has kept me from being homeless.Thank you Eden Housing..God Bless you all.

My wife and I were going to move in to one of their apartment projects, but after several months of terrible incompetent mishanding of our application on their part, we decided to just cancel. Other people we talked to felt the same.

Do not go to theses people,they let my mother become homeless, they will not help or care that my mother is 70 years old and with cancer,she lost her apartment due to a fire another tenant in apartment 102 started at Cypress Glen,they told my mother she's on her own to find a place to live,EVIL
