Steve has decades of experience buying and selling homes throughout the Bay Area not only for clients but also for himself. Aside from being a broker Steve is also a local residential real estate investor. Having him on your team when buying a home is a huge advantage - he knows the repairs a property needs, he has a real idea of renovation costs, and even has suggestions for local contractors. I never felt pressured to bid on every home we viewed nor did I ever feel pressure to overbid. Steve worked patiently with me until we found what we both believed was a solid deal. Upon landing an offer Steve and his team made the closing process smooth. Being a first-time home buyer I naturally had a lot of questions. Steve and his team were not only patient in answering my questions, but really made sure I understood every document before I signed.
