Jason is THE BEST property manager. Always responsive to emails, maintenance requests are handled quickly and respectfully. Sad to be leaving the community after two short years. We love The Bend, our most fave apartment ever!

Carlos is amazing. He always responds promptly and gets the job done. We called recently for a clogged sink drain and within two hours it was completely repaired and cleaned.

Maintenance came by and they did a great job! Fixed everything we needed done. The sink works again, my tub is fully functional now and they were able to replace a screen for us. Good guys, great customer service.
