Amy, her husband, and Nancy are so nice as super welcoming! If anything needed to be fixed, I’d use their portal for service request and the repair was fixed with no issues. Whenever we communicated with them, they were responsive, especially Nancy!

Their repair guy, Ali, is super friendly and knowledgeable with repairs as well. I had no issues with this company.

This property management is the most unprofessional unethical company I have ever encountered. I’ve been renting from them for the past 2 years and I could never get a hold of anyone. They screen the calls. Amy does not return emails nor calls. I have driven down the office to find out that the building is vacant. They have a new address I drove there to find that it is an abandoned building. I have tried for the past 3 months to get ahold of Amy or anyone in that office and I haven’t had any luck. My neighbors have been waiting patiently to get the fence repaired. These people are not honest or trustworthy.

I have 4 houses listed with Amy and David. They are also my rental managers for three of the houses. They are great and I am happy with the services. Their fees are very reasonable. I would recommend them.

They have been very good to my family and I, they stay out of our business unless we need them which i appreciate. The only issue i have is having to pay late fees every month because i cant pay my rent until the 4th do to the fact that i don't get paid til the 3rd.

We got a text message the day before an open house saying that this was the ONLY day to go view the property. We were on a vacation but jumped up for the opportunity thinking we had a shot at getting this place, just to find out that someone had already gotten approved. It was so unprofessionally organized, property Manager didn’t even show up after 30 minutes of the time of the showing, we found out from the workers who were cleaning the house as we showed up. The picture online was of the house when it was brand new. We got there to see that there was trash all over the front and backyard, cabinet doors missing and the walls were peeling and still colored on with crayon. I wasn’t impressed with the professionalism of this company and would NOT recommend it. Hopefully we can get our application fee back since someone was already approved.

DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!
These people are con artists! I'll be contacting my lawyer since Amy & David only know how to lie and pass the phone back and forth between them feeding more lies and lying to me and arguing in the background. Even their receptionist agrees with me on how they are crooks and what they did to me today was sketchy and crooked.
Background information:
The owner of my home is selling the house I'm currently renting and I have to move out by 2/24 (fair enough, it is their house).
David tells me how great of a tenant I am and that there is an identical house 2 neighborhoods away that my deposit would transfer to and rent would only go up $25/month, plus I wouldn't have to run my credit again. (This was over a week ago when I got the notice to vacate because of Sale).
Today I get a phone call from Amy saying to forget everything David said to me and that I'd have to apply for the house and run my credit again and that I no longer have until the 24th, I'd have to move into the new home by the 1st of Feb. I start asking her why i was lied to with David and her response is "you can talk to him, I don't want to deal with this". So she passes the phone to him and he apologizes for not knowing what he was saying and that I just have to apply and the deposit would still transfer and I'd get the house regardless but I still have to move in by the first because my current home owner was selling so I could get out of my lease early without having to pay the rest of my lease. I asked David for assistance in accessing the home a few days earlier since this is only a 2 week notice to move and clean up my current house. He gladly said he could give me a week without paying to move into the Van Brocklin home to make up for this mix up. That's when you hear Amy in the background screaming "No they have to pay!" And they put me on hold as they argued in Chinese/asian language. It then goes quiet for 6 minutes as I'm in hold not knowing what is going on.
I get another phone call and place them on hold and it was their secretary. They informed her to tell me that the Van Brocklin home is no longer available and it wouldn't be for a "long time" and they don't have a home for me now.
ALL OF THIS HAPPENED IN 20MIN!!
I asked for an explanation since I've nothing but been lied to and the receptionist told me that they told her to tell me to find somewhere else to live because they don't have that property anymore.
I hang up angry and now crying because they basically just made me homeless when I was guaranteed a place to live just a week ago and today.
THEN I call back for information on rushing the return of my deposit since they put me through all of this. They said they'd call me back.
THEY RETURN MY CALL 1 MIN LATER, TO SAY THAT IF I WANTED TO APPLY TO THE VAN BROCKLIN HOUSE IT WOULD BE 1ST COME FIRST SERVE AND IT'S NOW ON THE WEBSITE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!!! CROOKS!! AND I HOPE THE REPORT I PUT IN WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GETS THEM INVESTIGATED....plus they'll be hearing from my lawyer.

These people are awesome I’m renting two homes from them right now. I don’t understand all these bad reviews. Also the applications process is very easy I recommend renting with them and try for yourself you will see these people are nice and very helpful
