Eileen was great in helping us sell a townhouse in Pinnacle Pines. We had a contingent contract on our home while keeping our listing active (as the contingency was based on the other party selling their property first to close.) We ended up getting another offer and closed with it. It was a complicated scenario which she helped us navigate smoothly. She also lined up contractors to take care of repairs. She had very professional and beautiful photos taken of our home and made incredible marketing materials. There are so many things that made me think that she was working on our sale as she would do for her best friend. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Eileen was referred to us by a local contractor in Flagstaff. This was a rental home and we live 1500 miles away in Washington, so we were selling remotely which requires great trust in your agent. Eileen earned every bit of that trust. She ALWAYS answers her phone and texts; plus, you get two for the price of one because her husband, Thor, works closely with her and adds muscle to the team. Eileen priced our home higher than the local market because she understood how important the special backyard view would be to the buyers in that neighborhood. She was right! We received a full-price cash offer on the first day. Eileen kept us informed every step of the way and was instrumental in hooking us up with extremely professional roofers when we needed to reshingle the home. They had worked with her multiple times and knew exactly the HOA procedure we had to follow. Eileen helped to donate furniture and haul off unwanted items. Wow! Wow! Wow! Eileen is off the charts amazing! I had lived in my home in Flagstaff for more than 20 years and wasn’t sure where to start with the whole sale process. I prayed for right people to help me with the entire process. I am so beyond grateful the person sent to help me through this process was Eileen!
I called Eileen (she really did answer her phone). She and Thor came out right away to view the home to determine the best competitive listing price. She brought with her an entire packet of research and information pertaining to my specific home, the neighborhood, homes around me, homes like mine, homes for sale, homes that recently sold. She immediately planned an open house, she created a gorgeous brochure, she had professional photos taken, she did a video of the neighborhood to reflect the desired location of the home. She and Thor returned with an amazing videographer who recorded a movie-production quality video of the home. This marketing video flooded social media. Her marketing skills are next level!
Over the course of the sale she & Thor held multiple open houses. I felt very confident throughout the entire process that my home was receiving full exposure to interested buyers the entire time.

She communicated with lenders, buyers agents, escrow officers all to ensure the double closing would proceed without a hitch. And it certainly did! As I was driving to my new home, Eileen kept me updated on the funding, the close of escrow and finally the recording of the sale. By the time I reached my new home she had everything complete.
