We met with Chuck a few years ago when we first thought about selling our house. It was immediately clear that Chuck was amazingly knowledgeable about the area and all things real estate. He was also very easy to work with and interested in what as best for us. When it finally came time for us to sell, there was only one choice for us, Chuck G. He masterfully guided us through the entire process, including when our first buyer fell out of escrow. Chuck helped us get the house in selling shape, found great contractors and suggested how to time the market. Once we listed, our house sold in days and for more than we expected. I highly recommend Chuck for his knowledge, professionalism and sense of humor. I highly doubt you can do better.

If you are thinking about buying a house in San Carlos, Chuck is the ultimate expert. In the past ten years he has helped us buy two homes and sell one. In addition to his amazing real estate knowledge what makes Chuck so amazing is he is a fantastic partner. Chuck is not out to make a sale, he is out to partner with you. As an example we were initially excited about a particular home however because Chuck knows the neighborhood, and in this case found out history of the home, he was able to share valuable information to help us make a well-informed decision; ultimately, we walked away from the home. In addition to being knowledgeable, honest, responsive and patient Chuck is a pleasure to partner with on the home buying/selling journey. Chuck was a huge help in selling our home in San Carlos. We have been living out of the area for over a year and Chuck made the process seamless in spite of us being remote. He went above and beyond to get the house prepared for the sale, constantly balancing improvements that would aid in the sale while also being considerate of our budget. The final staging of the house was beyond what we could have imagined and the way that Chuck's team set up and photographed the house were obviously all part of the quick and successful sale. Chuck guided us through setting a list price and his advice was valuable. We had two weekends of Open Houses and many interested buyers, we know this success is due to Chuck's contacts, blog, and knowledge of the area. He was in constant communication with us through the whole process. We received multiple offers above list price on the first day we accepted offers and we were very happy with the final price we accepted. Selling a home remotely is not always easy, but Chuck made this as smooth as possible for us.
