Absolutely terrible experience. I will never allow these people to manage my money again. The construction coordinator I worked with was brisk, rude and condescending. They offered no guidance or instructions and balked when I asked questions often saying “it’s in your contract” when they did not provide me a copy of my contract for weeks after signing. They Refused to communicate via. Phone or return phone calls and we’re slow to respond to email causing significant delays in reimbursement. Each draw request came with different requirements and multiple times had to be re-written or re-sent because it wasn’t neat enough and at one point had to be hand delivered. All were scanned documents. These issues were only communicated with me AFTER I had to follow up, again further delaying the process. Terrible customer service, I was treated like a burden, NOT a customer.

That being said, their front desk associate was always friendly and welcoming.

Had a wonderful time and closing at Ekum Title. Alicia was wonderful to work with throughout the process and did awesome at the closing. She made what can be a boring or mundane task, fun and enjoyable.
