My wife and I were finally able to purchase a condominium that we would be able to use as a second home and rent it when not in use. Our property is currently being rented and Minerva has walked us through the whole management process. As we had predicted the tenant has had a couple of concerns and repairs and Minerva has immediately notified us and together have resolved the problem in a timely manner. We truly feel that our property is in good hands with "El Camino property Management" and our tenant is very happy.

Waisted my time with a landlord who has a trauma and a stereotype issues from previous tenants.
I believe that they knew since the first beginning yet they kept on killing time with extremely slow messages.
The house was a disaster. The post said it has two bathrooms while it has one bath and another disgusting half bath in the garage.
What a shame!
