The updated on restrooms are amazing. Valinda keeps them very clean and is making improvements. We have been here for a couple months now and absolutely love it. Except for new hours of the laundromat. There was one of the main reasons for this what is 24-hour laundromat. I just wish you was open later like 10:00

We moved here and are now the Park Hosts! Guarantee this place is in great shape now! Everything is kept clean and landscaped. And the hotel rooms are now kitchenette/studio apartments.
We are moving to the RV park next week. It's nice, quiet and quaint! Excited to be part of the community!

Very quiet and tucked away park with about 20 spaces. Walking distance to circle k, an amazing cafe, auto shops, and a thrift store. Oh and the river is right there too. Can't beat it or the price! Shae and Natalie are the park hosts and you will never meet anyone nicer.

Host was extremely friendly and very laid back. Kids enjoyed the trains going by frequently but didn't bother us at night.

Its was just ok for the cheap price .. nobody sprays for aints or cockroach or take care of the ground ...lots of aints coming into your camper. Front desk person takes 3 hr lunches and will not assist in received packages that arrived. We had to wait after she took the 3 hr lunch ,come back for it even tho we were checked out. Her response was very rude .
Also, they let anybody stay there even drug dealing trash people with trash on the lot but wont deal with it.

Very friendly staff. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Quiet. Reasonably priced. Well kept.

Things changed over time. Manager said they had someone else for my room although the owner told me when I arrived here that I could stay as long as Iiked. Manager told me today I should be out by December 3. Out I will be. No idea where I will go but anyone says they dont want my money dont get it.

It's a really nice place. But they just don't want to keep it up. Manager has missed five or six days in the two months I have been here. I really like the place. Good management will save it. Current management is killing it.

Great place to live. Small park is quiet. Nice laundry facilities. Very affordable. Shay and. Natalie, the managers, are friendly and professional.
