Tanner was exemplary throughout our entire home buying process. He took the time to meet with us early on when we weren't particularly serious about home buying and took us to various properties both inside and outside of our price range to help us get a baseline of what we wanted in a house. He has tons of information about neighborhoods, what to look for in a property, and when to walk away from a shiny house that was going to become a project. Once we found a place we liked, Tanner met with us late into the night to write an offer letter and then when our offer was outbid, he was able to help us write a new offer which the sellers accepted. Had it not been for his exceptional responsiveness and negotiation skills, we would not have been able to get the house. Tanner remained active and helpful throughout the closing process and was there to shake our hands at closing. He helped us get an amazing house in which to start our family. We would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a house and should our situation change and we need to renter the market, he will be our first call
