Our experience working with Elena was nothing but a pleasure. We received a high attention to our situation and immediate help. I will start with the fact that Elena spend a good time with us on the phone, learning about our situation and giving us a good consultation. After that, we had a clear idea in what direction to move. We were looking for something in Vienna/Oakton area, a place that is safe and close to metro and bus stop, a place that will have a nice amenities and 2 bath and 2 bedroom for certain price. I would say that Elena made a miracle happen and found an amazing place and exactly what we were looking for. Elena initiate all the conversations with leasing office and landlord and helped all paperwork to go smoothly. Trough out the whole process Elena showed nothing but professionalism, dedication to us as her clients, respect, hard work and an amazing attitude. We’re a young family with a 3-year-old daughter and we really needed to find our first home. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. And without rent history it was impossible to get what you really like. But with Elena's high level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market, everything possible.
