This is the most disorganized and unprofessional property management company I have ever dealt with. Charges on our portal were unlabeled, and when we asked what they were for, they often couldn’t provide an answer. We received constant emails and texts that didn’t apply to us, such as reminders to get renters insurance when we already had it, or requests for information we had already submitted. At one point, they even called me to ask when I was going to pick up my keys to move in—after I had already moved out—because they had the wrong number on file. There are fees for paying rent and other expenses through their online portal, and even for splitting the security deposit into separate checks. The cherry on top was them not knowing where our security deposit was when it was time to pay it back to us. Avoid them if you can.

Elite Property Management really impressed me with how they handled a mistake in my lease agreement. There was an incorrect security deposit listed. However, Elite did not try to take advantage of the error. As soon as I brought it to their attention, they promptly updated the lease to the amount we had originally agreed to. The property manager was courteous, apologetic about the mistake, and handled everything speedily in our favor. I really appreciated Elite's professionalism and commitment to being fair to their tenants.

I must say, choosing Elite to manage my property has been the best decision I've made. From the very beginning, Jin's visit to my house was characterized by her patient and highly informative approach in introducing their exceptional management services. Throughout our interaction, she also offered invaluable insights into investment strategies that I found immensely helpful. What stood out the most was her assistance in meticulously screening and securing an excellent tenant. As our agreement came to an end, we were very very satisfied with our house condition when we checked out our property. Elite's management has truly exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, I would choose Elite again without hesitation and enthusiastically recommend their services to my friends. Their professionalism and dedication have left an indelible positive mark on our property management experience.

Rented an apartment from them three months ago and the whole process went really smoothly. They were patient with all my questions and gave quick and clear instructions for leasing, move-in, inspection, etc. One of the lights wasn’t working when I moved in so I sent out a maintainence request. They addressed it right away and the issue was resolved the next day. Would def recommend their service to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

I'm surprised by the low reviews because my experience with Elite over the past three years has been wonderful. I suspect those who are upset were not responsible tenants (paying rent on time, caring for the property, thoroughly cleaning upon move-out, etc). My service requests were addressed and resolved immediately upon reporting them in the portal, I was always able to reach EPM staff via email, phone or text same-day and they were flexible with my unique leasing needs. I'm a Type-A person who works in real estate/property management myself and know what to expect from a good PM. My expectations were not just met by EPM but exceeded. I would definitely rent from them again and am grateful for Jin Ying's & Johnny's attention to detail. My move-in and move-out were seamless and my entire security deposit was returned because I followed their simple yet detailed move-out instructions. Thank you for a wonderful experience, EPM!

Don't do business with this company. You can never get anything fixed. They nickel and dime you to keep what they can of your deposit. Constantly increase your rent even though we were great tenants and always paid on time. They don't seem to communicate in that office. They are great at coming up with excuses. I'm surprised people do business with them! So glad we are doing business with someone else!

Thanks for Elite management to take care of my property. They provided professional suggestions on how to keep the property at high standard and manage the house repairs and rent efficiently. Always informed us the property information by phone or online system. I really appreciate they take the burden off my shoulders.
