Anthony,Rigo and his team were awesome, helped me and my lady the whole way through it!

Anthony Magana is far from being professional and will not present your offer if it’s not to his benefit!! Sellers stay away from this realtor office, you will loose out on best offers .

I reached out to Marisol, she sent a lender to qualify us for a specific amount. Then we started the process to look at houses and she sent us someone else to show us houses, her “employees” would reach out to me. They had so much miscommunication with each other one would tell me one thing and the other something else. It was so hard to contact Marisol. I’d leave her text messages, calls and she would never respond my calls. Yet she claimed to be my realtor the entire time. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Don’t recommend her. It made our home buying experience a headache.

I started Happy and within 2 days the infestation of roaches and mice came from the woodwork at 805 California Street. When I went to pay my rent I let Celeste know what was going on and she advised to buy poison and deal with it myself. The next 2 mos was nothing but poison after trap after poison. I called, text, emailed and she would never answer me. I realized they knew about the infestation. The mice made holes in the walls and pooped on anything they climbed on and chewed everything they touched!! The walls in the corners were taped and painted over, mice coming through the walls exposed the prior holes and tape!! I have videos and pictures of roaches in the bed, kitchen, bathroom, the amount of poop on top of cabinets and window sills!! The mice peed and chewed my new born baby's car seat diaper bag and crib!! And still no answer from the OWNER OR ELITE REALTY!! I E CONTACTED THE CITY, STATE AND AN ATTORNEY!! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING MY DEPOSIT!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOUSE. ITS VERY CUTE AND THE SET UP IS NICE,... UNTIL THE SUN GOES DOWN AND THE HORROR BEGINS!! The company itself isn't bad it's the 1 realtor I'm dealing with!!

As first time home buyers, we had no idea of what the house buying process was like. We had no idea what to look for, what to avoid, how to negotiate, etc. Luis Reyes guided us through every step of the way. There were a few major bumps along the way that could have ended the deal, but Luis negotiated and worked through them all. He got the seller to work for us. He was available to us 24/7. Would definitely go with Luis again 100%

Marisol was put into a test selling my house, she was very persistent, and show a great deal of professionalism, we encounter few obstacles in the way to bring the deal to an end, but the results were good! This was not a traditional sale, so it was little more complicated, but at the end, we all end up with good results!
