The communication and support provided all throughout the buying process was exceptional. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes it appeared the sales process seemed siloed meaning their support team have no visibility of whatever the sales person may have promised you hence “he said she said” scenarios ain’t unusual. Also be aware that reservation holds the same legal weight as an exchange of contract in that once done, you can’t back out otherwise you lose whatever cash you have committed. The pricing policy is also too variable and dependent on negotiation skills. You might think you are getting a good deal until you find out that the next person paid a lower amount for their apartment which may have far better features.
I will recommend Elite Realty any day but I would also say beware of the things I have highlighted.
