We worked with Elizabeth to sell our first home while we were in the process of moving overseas. Her experience and expertise were on display throughout the process and we felt fully confident leaving our home sale in her hands as we moved abroad. She is highly professional and communicative, clearly answering all of the questions we had about selling a home and making recommendations to help us best position our home to sell. Beyond her incredible professional skills, she is a warm and caring person who is lovely to spend time with. Our home received 3 over-asking offers within the first few days of it being on the market - we attribute this to the work Elizabeth put into selling our home and her recommendations and guidance as we prepped the home for sale. We truly cannot recommend Elizabeth and her work enough, and wish we could bring her with us to help us buy our next home wherever that may be!

First-time home buyers here! You won’t believe the anxieties and fears my husband and I had taking this step. After needing to move my brother out of his home, my siblings and I interviewed three Realtors. Elizabeth stood out as the Realtor to work with, and we are absolutely positive we made the right choice. Elizabeth’s professionalism, tenacity and communication kept everything on schedule to get the house on the market as quickly as possible and get sold at top dollar. Her strategy for home improvements, price and marketing resulted in an over asking price sale in the first week of listing. Her personal commitment to us as clients was apparent. She recommended improvements, had personal contacts for affordable services, scheduled providers for bids, and communicated with all of us, particularly helpful as we all live out of state. Her tenacity kept both us and the providers on schedule to get the house listed and sold quickly. I can’t imagine a more positive experience; I would give Elizabeth 10 stars if I could.

A short google review isn't nearly enough to express how amazing it was to work with Elizabeth to purchase my first house. I knew literally nothing about the process and she walked me through everything without making me feel like an idiot. Her communications were always detailed and she was always quick to respond when I reached out.
