Elliott Property Management is the most irresponsible and unresponsive property management company I have ever had. I don't recommend them. They recently sold the small building I rent in, and to prepare, Tanya Gardiner had the large electrical closet cleared of all its contents, which included old doors, windowpanes and paint cans--along with two of my locked bikes and my earthquake/disaster preparedness kit. I had been storing those items there because there is nowhere else store bikes and the kit on the property and had been doing so long before she became the owner. Without warning, she had that room cleared of all its contents, including my items, which were expensive. I had reached out to her multiple times about this and have not gotten any response.

In general, she’s been unresponsive or extremely slow to respond (like several months) on most issues, but having my possessions removed without warning is beyond appalling. I'm looking into my legal options.

Over priced for terrible quality, no one ever responds to you or even acknowledges when you’ve brought an issue to their attention. Would not recommend renting from them, I regret signing a 12 month lease with them and am incredibly disappointed with my experience.
