Avoid this realtor at all costs. She is careless, misrepresents her listings and does not resolve what are clear errors on her part. The system of corrupt Addison County real estate lawyers will protect her; you will pay the price for her negligence. I don’t know if she’s immoral or incompetent but either way, no property is worth giving her a cent.
