I highly advise against using Eminent
Realty Services as a landlord or property management company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My lease ended on November 28, and according to California law, I was supposed to receive my deposit back within 21 days. It is now January 23, and I just received my deposit.

Throughout this process, their
communication has been poor, and they have completely ignored the law. After weeks of back-and-forth and repeated requests, we were forced to threaten legal action to get any response. Finally, they claimed on January 22 that the deposit had been sent to our account.

However, when checking, no deposit was made. They lied about it, likely to delay the process further and avoid their responsibility.
It is clear that they are unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will never rent from or recommend Eminent Realty Services to anyone. Please be wary if you’re considering renting one of their properties. Specifically Yuv Raj Gill & Varinder Virk.

I can vouch that he definitely puts the interests of his client first. I was referred to Eminent Realty by a close family friend and I must say, it has been one of the best referrals by far. I am extremely happy with all the services they provide, especially with how hassle free and hands of they make everything.
